Attorney General Josh Stein Announces Sentencing in Fayetteville/Raeford Medicaid Fraud Case (RALEIGH) Attorney General Josh Stein announced today that Dr.Jannetta Jordan pled guilty to four felonies in Wake County Superior Court for Medicaid fraud. Jordan was convicted of Felony Fraud by a Medical Assistance Provider, Felony Accessing a Government Computer to Defraud and two counts of Felony Obstruction of Justice. Jordan, who has already served two years in jail, was sentenced to 34 to 80 months in prison, suspended for 36 months of supervised probation.
